Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and your items to ship, though we usually ship within 3 business days of receiving orders. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. 

Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address prior to placing your order. CASITA MICHI will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. If you did not receive your item due to having entered the wrong address, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost (if the same item is available or package is returned to sender). 

If package is shown as “delivered” and is confirmed to have been delivered by carrier, we will not replace a package at our expense or provide a refund as mail theft is not covered with shipping insurance. Once a package is picked up and scanned into the carrier's system, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; please reach out to the carrier directly to file a “lost/missing package” claim.

Shipping Delays

CASITA MICHI is not responsible in the event of delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. During sales and holidays orders will take longer than usual to process and ship, so please be aware and plan accordingly. We have no control of how quickly USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex scants, sorts and delivers your package so please keep track of your delivery date so that you know when your package is scheduled to arrive/be delivered.

Terms of Sale: All sales are subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy posted at Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy as well as the terms and conditions of this Shipping Policy, which together constitute a binding contract. Merchandise is not intended for commercial resale or export; engaging in such activities will be deemed a breach of contract. Merchandise marked "final sale" is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustment.
